Customer Registration
1. Navigate to https://northumberlamb.ca/Click “Login / Register”
2. Populate all fields in the form. All are required.
3. Review the Terms and Conditions and choose to be added to the optional mailing list.
4. Click “Register” to complete the application.
How To Place An Order On Northumberlamb
1. Navigate to https://northumberlamb.ca/and click “Login / Register”.
2. Enter in your login information. Select the “Login In” button.
3. Click the “Get Started” button or the “Place an order” link in the header.
4. In each of the fields enter the quantity you wish to receive.
5. Click “Add to Order” to continue.
6. Verify your billing and shipping information are correct and enter any order notes you have if you wish to request customizations to your order such as trimming instructions.
7. Click “Place order” to confirm your order with Northumberlamb.
8. Thanks! We have your order and you will receive a confirmation. Additionally you will receive a final invoice once we have packed and confirmed your order.
How To add a Shipment
1. Log In – Go to the shipper portal and select Login / Register. Enter your account credentials, then click Add a Shipment.
2. Enter Shipment Information – Provide all required details, just as you would on the paper “Live Receiving Animal” form.
- Tip: In the Number of Animals field, enter the total number of lambs you are shipping. The system will create one row per lamb when you click Add Lambs.
3. (Optional) Save a Draft – If you need to leave the page and return later, click Save Draft. When you come back, your information will still be there. To continue and add lambs, click Add Lambs.
4. Add Lamb Details – For each lamb, enter the CFIA Tag Number. If the species is not lamb, select the correct species from the dropdown.
5. Save Lamb Details – When you’ve entered all tag numbers, click Save Lamb Details.
6. – Submit the Shipment
Once you’re satisfied with the details, click Submit Shipment. This will send your shipment information to Northumberlamb.
7. View Your Shipments – After submission, you’ll be redirected to the Shipments page, where you can view both current and past shipments.
- Recommendation: Leave your shipment in Draft status until you have double-checked all information. Once a shipment is submitted, it cannot be edited.
- Pending Shipments: Any shipments still awaiting final submission or processing will be labeled as “Pending.”
