We are a thriving, producer-owned and operated lamb marketing cooperative that has been wholesale lamb in Nova Scotia since 1982.

Our high quality standards have made our lamb some of the most sought after by some of Nova Scotia’s best chefs and restaurants. It is also available at many high-quality butcher shops and major grocery stores throughout the region.
